Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using safootballbets.co.za ("the site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. AI-generated editorial content — important disclaimer

All analysis, match previews, and commentary published on this site — including content attributed to named editorial personas such as Lucky Dlamini and Callum Reid — is produced with the assistance of artificial intelligence (AI) tools. These personas are fictional characters. They are not real people and do not hold professional gambling licences, financial qualifications, or any regulated advisory status under South African law or any other jurisdiction.

Nothing published on this site constitutes professional gambling advice, financial advice, or a regulated recommendation to place any bet. Content is provided solely for informational and entertainment purposes. Betting outcomes are inherently uncertain. Past analysis published on this site does not indicate, predict, or guarantee future results.

You should conduct your own independent research and exercise your own judgement before placing any wager. SA Football Bets accepts no responsibility or liability for any financial loss arising from reliance on content published on this site.

3. No warranty

The site and all content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that content is accurate, complete, current, or free from errors. We reserve the right to correct, amend, or remove content at any time without notice.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, SA Football Bets, its operators, and contributors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its content — including any betting losses incurred as a result of acting on analysis or commentary published here.

5. Affiliate disclosure

This site earns revenue through affiliate partnerships with NLSA-licensed South African bookmakers. When you register with a bookmaker through a link on this site, we may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial opinions. All affiliate links carry rel="sponsored" in the HTML.

6. Age restriction

This site is strictly for persons aged 18 years or older. Gambling is illegal for persons under 18 in South Africa. By using this site you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly provide content to minors.

7. Responsible gambling

Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, contact the National Responsible Gambling Programme: 0800 006 008 (toll free, 24 hours, 7 days a week).

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from use of this site shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
